HI there! 

I am Kruthi Sabnis Krishna.

A product design leader with years of experience in enterprise products while working at Citrix, IBM and VMware and most recently Twilio who is experienced in hiring, coaching and growing talented designers across the globe spanning Europe, LATAM, US and India. Designed and delivered v 1.0 products with high impact, reaching millions of users and devices. Crafted customer journey maps and used quant and qual data to influence annual and quarterly product roadmaps. Led teams to define visions that define multi year roadmaps of key hallmark products.

As a people manager, I enjoy coaching designers and empowering them to work on designs which have meaningful business impact.  I do this by building strong partnerships with my engineering and product peers, making space for my team to work on projects they are proud of.
